NaadVriksha.

Let the environment play. A tangible interaction and ubiquitous computing prototype turning environmental motion into sound.

The experience.

NaadVriksha explores tangible interaction and ubiquitous computing by turning environmental motion into an ambient musical interface. Sensors capture wind and physical movement around living plants, mapping these signals to changing sound in real time.

Created as an interactive computing installation (DES535), the project investigates how calm, ubiquitous technology can embed seamlessly into physical environments to create expressive interactions. Development included field demonstrations, custom sensing modules, and sound synthesis.
